5. Shipping Policy

We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days
  • Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping within the US takes approximately 5-10 business days
  • International Shipping: International orders may take 10-21 business days depending on destination
  • Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

6. Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:

6.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original tags or packaging

6.3 Return Process

6.4 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

6.5 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

6.6 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BANISTAS INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
